Physiotherapy

Our goal is to get you and keep you moving – whether that’s at work, at play or at home.  Body in Motion can treat you for a wide variety of conditions including:

Sports injuries

We don’t want you to lose your place on the team, whether it’s an elite sports squad or a social bowls four.

Body in Motion evaluates and treats acute as well as chronically recurring sports injuries. We can help prevent re-injury through muscle balance assessment, biomechanical analysis, equipment recommendations and fitness programmes.

Body in Motion physiotherapists have close working relationships with other sports medicine specialists and, when necessary, a direct referral can be made by our physiotherapists to an orthopaedic surgeon, sports physician, GP, radiologist, podiatrist, massage therapist, chiropractor, osteopath or trainer.

Body in Motion is the preferred provider of physiotherapy services to many of the Bay of Plenty’s top athletes, including those at Bay of Plenty Rugby Union, Netball Bay of Plenty and Bay of Plenty Cricket.
